11月美国交易中住宅数量再次上升

  周五,国会高层们和obama总统关于如何 在下周一2012年年底前解决美国财政悬崖问题所进行的商谈未达成结果而不得不继续,美国华尔街股市持续走低。

 

 


在华尔街周五一开盘,道琼斯工业指数平均 下跌71点至13026点,下跌幅度为0.5%。美地投资-美国房产网。

 


覆盖面更广的标准普尔 500指数下跌8点 至1410点,下跌幅度为0.6%。覆盖科技型企业股票的纳斯达克股指下跌10点至2976点,下跌幅度为0.3%。

 


本周四,美国股票指数曾经出现 骤然下降。但之后,由于政府发布消息称 国会将在周日重新开始与总统就解决财政悬崖问题进行协商,股市才开始有所反弹。

 


经济学家们警告股民们,2013年1月日即将自动生成的政府缩减开支和增加税收政策将有可能将本来就相当 脆弱的美国经济又一次推入深渊。

 


本周五,股民们又得到一些最新的经济数据。12月份供应链管理学院的芝加哥商业评估指数上升到了51.6点,比经济学家们之前的预期有所上升。

Economists have warned that the automatic spending cuts and tax increases set to kick in at the first of the year could push the fragile U.S. economy back into recession.

 


On Friday, investors also digested economic data. The Institute for Supply Management's Chicago Business Barometer index rose more than expected to a seasonally adjusted 51.6 in December, from 50.4 in November.
